Welcome to the Executive Narrative Diagnostic™ ("Platform"), operated by Ace Bark Ads in collaboration with Soulwell Publishing Group.

By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.

These Terms govern your use of:

• Founding Partner Readiness Portal™
• Narrative Assessment tools
• Reports generated through the Platform
• Workshop-related resources
• Strategic consultation scheduling

2. Purpose of the Platform

Partner With Us App™ is designed to help organizations evaluate their narrative readiness, authority development, publishing capability, strategic partnership opportunities, and ecosystem participation potential.

The Platform provides educational resources, strategic diagnostics, executive reports, and recommendations.

The Platform is intended for business, nonprofit, association, and organizational use.

3. No Professional Advice

Information generated by the Platform is provided for strategic planning purposes only.

Reports, recommendations, scores, and observations do not constitute legal, accounting, financial, investment, or regulatory advice.

Organizations remain responsible for all strategic and operational decisions.

4. Accuracy of Information

Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

The quality of diagnostic findings depends upon the accuracy of submitted information.

Ace Bark Ads is not responsible for inaccurate recommendations resulting from incomplete or inaccurate responses.

5. Intellectual Property

All Platform materials, methodologies, scoring systems, frameworks, workflows, graphics, reports, and proprietary processes remain the intellectual property of Ace Bark Ads and Soulwell Publishing Group unless otherwise stated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Executive Diagnostic Framework™
• Narrative Operating System™
• Executive Blueprint™
• Narrative Architecture™
• Authority Framework™
• Publishing Strategy™
• Audience Intelligence Strategy™
• Partnership Development Strategy™

Users may use reports internally within their organization.

Reports may not be resold, redistributed, republished, reverse engineered, or incorporated into competing products or services without written permission.

6. Confidential Information

Information submitted through the Platform will be treated as confidential and used solely for:

• Diagnostic analysis
• Strategic recommendations
• Executive review meetings
• Narrative Pilot preparation
• Founding Partner evaluation (where applicable)

Confidential information will not be publicly disclosed without consent except as required by law.

7. AI-Assisted Analysis

The Platform uses artificial intelligence and proprietary analytical methodologies to assist in generating reports and recommendations.

AI-generated insights are reviewed within the context of our proprietary frameworks but should be considered advisory rather than deterministic.

Organizations are responsible for validating business decisions based upon these recommendations.

8. Scheduling and Consultations

Completion of the Diagnostic may include opportunities to schedule:

• Executive Review Meetings
• Narrative Strategy Sessions
• Narrative Pilot Consultations
• Founding Partner Discussions

Scheduling a meeting does not obligate either party to enter into future engagements.

9. Narrative Pilot

The Narrative Pilot is a paid strategic engagement.

Completion of the Executive Narrative Diagnostic does not include Pilot services.

Pilot participation requires a separate agreement.

10. Long Term Consideration

Participation in the Diagnostic or Narrative Pilot does not guarantee:

• Founding Partner invitation
• Acceptance into the ecosystem
• Publishing opportunities
• Advisory participation
• Follow up or continued long term work agreement

Participation is by invitation and subject to application, review, and acceptance.

11. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Misrepresent their organization
• Submit fraudulent information
• Attempt to reverse engineer the Platform
• Copy proprietary methodologies
• Use reports for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with Platform operations

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ace Bark Ads and Soulwell Publishing Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the Platform.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
